Inspired by a slideshow projection, in the classroom, of images of ‘Home’ from our contributing professional photographers (including Amy Toensing, Ben Lowy, Henry Jacobson, Manjari Sharma, Ryan Heffernan, Oskar Landi), the ‘Photos Tell Stories‘ students, from the Kombo area of The Gambia, were given their main assignment from photographer and tutor, Jason Florio: take the cameras away and photograph what ‘Home‘ means to them.
Each of them came back with some very well composed, inspired images – some literal, others not so. Following is a short edit of those images, from each of our students.

If you are interested in booking a ‘Photos Tell Stories’ photography workshop – either as a group or individually – please take a look at our ‘Book a Photography Workshop or Presentation’ page.
We’ll be sharing more of our photography workshop students images, from The Gambia, very soon. You can also check out our ‘Behind-the-Scenes’ FB photo album, where you can see Jason Florio and the students at work.
Thanks, as always, for stopping by.
